WELCOME TO PETMATES CHESTER
Hi, I'm Ellie - owner of Petmates Chester. We are an established and reputable company offering friendly, hassle-free & fun filled adventure dog walks for pooches all over Chester. Our adventure pack walks are all about getting your dog out of the house, socialising with other dogs and getting plenty of exercise as we visit local parks and beauty spots across Chester.
Dogs are collected in our silent & eco-friendly electric van and transported in top of the range built in crates with comfy beds to make them feel safe and warm. All our pack dogs are friendly, sociable and always welcome new members with a sniff and a waggy tail!
We also offer solo walks and home care pet visits, with all animals cared for as if they were are own.

A: Please contact us using the contact form below, or even better, call us on 07709 768986 to chat through your requirements and the services we can offer. Following this, we will pay you a visit for a free, short consultation to gather more information and to meet your lovely furry friend. To join an adventure pack walk, your dog will have a paid trial walk in the first instance.
Q: Which areas of Chester do you cover?
A: We cover all areas of Chester including Upton, Hoole. Newton, Vicars Cross, Great Boughton, Huntington, Christleton. City Centre, Handbridge, Lache & Saltney.
Q: Where do you take the dogs for pack walks?
A: We have a number of sites that we visit including Chester Racecourse, Countess of Chester Country Park, Dukes Drive, Westminster Park, Caldy Valley Nature Park, Queens Road Park, the Gowy and the Meadows, as well as a number of other small local park areas.
Q: Do you let your dogs off the lead?
A: Yes, but we ask for your written permission beforehand and we only let them off lead if their recall is good enough. We only let our dogs off lead in areas that are suitable, and not near any roads or other hazards.
Q. Do you report back to us as customers as to how our dog has got on on their walk?
A. We can update you on your dogs wellbeing as often as you like however we do post photos and videos of our dog walks on social media, with your permission of course.
Q. Do you offer pick ups and drop offs between your dog walks?
A. Yes we do! We collect and drop off dogs from your home using our crated, eco-friendly van and transport our dogs to nearby locations. Each dog will travel in our top of the range dog crates, with a comfy mattress to lie on. Our staff sometimes use their own cars to transport the dogs in which case they use dog seatbelts to keep them safe and secure.
